  • Daniel Alexander Loved this app the first time I used it, the second time the uber maps the driver was using took me 4 times the distance of a normal journey. Eventually I cancelled it and paid the driver in cash to take me home as the uber fare was going to be more than twice the estimate. Good idea, poor execution. Don't believe the hype, I did and it took me 1 hour 20 mins to do a 25 min journey.

  • Jennie Herbert Hi Uber, I left my phone in a taxi and cannot get hold of the driver as I haven't been issued a receipt! Please help!

    • Uber Hi Jennie! There's a 'Lost something?' link at the bottom of your email receipt - click that and you'll be presented with your driver's number. Any issues getting hold of them, let us know!
