Consistently High-Quality Service
Not only has this app made my getting around in Boston so much easier, the ability to split fares makes it extremely affordable. I've just about always had great experiences with every Uber ride I've ever taken, far better than any cab driver. My only average drive was last night, I reviewed it and noted the route was longer than it should've been. Uber emailed me just now apologizing, reviewed my trip, and then refunded me the extra difference. Could not have asked for better service!

I will never hail a cab on the street again. This app is so easy to use. I love being able to see location of car on Uber map coming to pick up. All my drivers in Washington DC were great, efficient, and had clean & nice cars. I also love all fares done thru app and no tipping. (The fare is what it is and in DC it was comparable to cab fare but cabbies expect tips on top of fare.) Uber emails a very detailed receipt after each ride so if a receipt is needed for business trip it is all there to print out.

I just started using this. I love the idea but wish there was a little more intuitive controls.
1) there should be an option to view past transactions from the app
2) I noticed drivers would not stop the fare for a few minutes after I got off, so they r charging me extra! There should be an option for the user to end the fare if the driver forgets. For example, if the car and rider's gps showed they r no longer in the same location, they can cut off the fare meter.
